If I were the landlordof an apartment I would set out some rules for the tenants. First of all they must sign a contract to make it legal in case of troubles. Also they must agree to do the monthlypayment on time. In case of being an furnituned apartment they must take care of them. I may be really chilled about parties, pets and guests keeping in mind they must be respectful. The apartment I am renting has two bedrooms, one of them with a complete bathroom and dresser. It also has the individual bathroom, kitchen, washingroom and livingroom. With time maybe we will need to talk over some situations in order to get along this time.
